Care Coordinator - Care Integration (Temporary)

About this role
Temporary Care Coordinator position supporting the Alliance's Care Integration unit and reporting to the Care Management Director. The role facilitates member access to enhanced care programs and supports unit operations and program improvement. The assignment is expected to run from January 2026 to July 2026 and the selected candidate would be employed via a temporary staffing agency.
