Care Navigator 1

The Care Navigator 1 role at The Center of Excellence supports individuals in their journey toward long-term sobriety from opiate use through individualized, community-based services. This part-time position involves connecting clients with essential recovery resources, educating clients and staff about the recovery process, and providing goal-oriented encouragement and support. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate client integration back into healthy living.
