A Career Conversion Programme (15-month train-and-place) for a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) trainee at GSK’s Jurong manufacturing site. The role is part of a talent development initiative to build MES capabilities for biopharmaceutical manufacturing and supports establishment of a touchless, paperless manufacturing execution platform. On-the-job training will be provided to develop business process understanding and MES expertise.
