Career Counselor

This position reports directly to the Director of Career Services and is responsible for providing career counseling and recruitment services to potential Full Employment Council clientele. The role involves assisting clients in developing training and employment strategies, conducting assessments, and facilitating job placements, particularly for long-term unemployed workers in Information Technology. The position also requires follow-up to ensure client retention in training programs and successful employment outcomes.
