Career Counselor

This position reports to the Director of Career Services and is responsible for providing career counseling and recruitment services to potential FEC clientele. The role involves assisting clients in developing training and employment strategies, conducting assessments, and facilitating job placement for long-term unemployed workers in Information Technology. The individual will also provide pre- and post-employment support to ensure client retention and successful transition into training programs or employment.
