Career Preparation Supervisor

The Career Preparation Supervisor directs staff providing training and support to students during their first 90 days at the Cincinnati Job Corps Center. This role ensures departmental programs meet all Department of Labor, PRH, Center, and Corporate requirements while organizing and administering programs to guarantee student success. The supervisor coordinates with various departments, develops retention and training plans, and monitors student performance and accountability.
