The role utilizes carrier analytics and internal tools to guide negotiations, manage load postings, and maintain strong relationships with carriers to meet customer transportation needs. The position involves daily contact with carriers to determine availability, negotiate rates, and resolve issues while ensuring exceptional service levels.
