Case Aide

The Case Aide provides day-to-day support to residents at The Lirio to help them achieve long-term housing stability, wellness, and community integration. Working under Case Managers, the role involves assisting residents with service plans, independent living skills, and accessing necessary services through a harm reduction and trauma-informed lens. The position requires building rapport with residents, accompanying them to appointments, and maintaining accurate documentation of interactions and progress.
