Case Manager, Access Center

The Case Manager, Access Center supports the flow and responsibilities of Access Center programming and case management at Safe Place for Youth. This role involves managing a caseload of youth working towards various goals, conducting intakes, and connecting them with essential services such as housing, mental health, and employment. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and external community groups to advocate for and support youth experiencing or at-risk of homelessness.
