Case Manager (Domestic Violence)

The Case Manager (Domestic Violence) provides screening, treatment planning, monitoring, case management, court reporting, and group facilitation for eligible domestic violence cases within the Brooklyn Abusive Partners Intervention Program. This role involves acting as a liaison to the courts, conducting assessments, and coordinating supportive services to address clients' treatment plan goals.
