The Case Manager serves as the first point of contact in the Office of Equal Opportunity Services for individuals raising concerns under EEO, Title VI, Title IX, ADA/Section 504, and related policies. The role oversees intake and the full case lifecycle, maintains accurate records and compliance with federal, state, and institutional requirements, and provides operational support for investigations, prevention initiatives, and reporting. The Case Manager ensures parties have access to supportive measures and resources to help maintain a fair, safe, and inclusive university environment.
