Case Manager - Housing

The Downtown Women’s Center seeks a full-time Case Manager - Housing to provide culturally responsive, intensive case management services to unhoused women in the Skid Row area. This role focuses on implementing Housing First and Rapid Re-Housing models to secure permanent housing for vulnerable populations while addressing systemic barriers and promoting racial equity. The position involves collaboration with various city offices and community partners to deliver outreach, housing navigation, and retention support.
