Case Manager - SOP

Mission Action is seeking a qualified Family Case Manager to provide case management, family support, systems navigation, and referrals to approximately 20 families experiencing homelessness at the Stay Over Program. The role involves collaborating with SFUSD school social workers and HSH's Access Points to assess families and connect them with city resources for stable housing. The position requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, along with experience working with Latinx families and communities of color.
