Case Manager

Mission Action is seeking a qualified Family Case Manager to provide case management, family support, and systems navigation to approximately 20 families experiencing homelessness at the Stay Over Program. The role involves assessing client needs, connecting families with community resources, and supporting them in securing stable housing while building independent living skills. This position requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English to serve a predominantly Latinx community.
