Case Manager - Veterans

This Case Manager position provides shallow subsidy, homeless prevention, and rapid re-housing services to low-income Veteran Households through the Supportive Services for Veteran Families grant. The role primarily implements the Shallow Subsidy initiative and helps Veteran households quickly maintain or obtain permanent housing to achieve housing stability. The Case Manager works with participants across multiple counties in Maryland and the DC area, utilizing a Housing First model and participant-centered approach.
