Interim Subsidy Case Manager

The Interim Subsidy Case Manager provides transitional support and case management to permanently housed participants within the Shallow Subsidy Program. This role involves collaborating with landlords to mediate tenant issues, ensuring successful tenancies, and maintaining housing stability through ongoing monitoring and resource coordination. The position requires conducting assessments, creating housing stability plans, and managing a caseload of up to 35 clients.
