Case Manager

This role delivers frontline case management to young people aged 12–25 experiencing alcohol and other drug challenges within the South Hedland community. The position involves conducting trauma-informed assessments, building trusting relationships, coordinating referrals, and providing outreach support to reduce risk-taking behaviors. It requires managing a dynamic caseload while adhering to best practices in Aboriginal cultural safety and harm reduction frameworks.
