Youth Case Manager

The Youth Case Manager delivers person-centred case management to young people aged 12-21 experiencing or at risk of homelessness, disengagement from education, employment, or family connections. Working with the Spin 180 program in Darwin, the role supports positive change by addressing complex challenges impacting stability, wellbeing, and independence. The position involves hands-on engagement, collaboration with families and community partners, and active participation in delivering intensive, strengths-based support to help young people transition toward long-term housing, education, employment, and community participation.
