Center For Youth
The role provides comprehensive case management for youth in an emergency shelter, including assessments, service planning, crisis intervention, and coordination of referrals and aftercare. The position supports daily shelter operations, youth transportation, advocacy, and collaborates with counselors to ensure confidentiality and effective service delivery.
We provide temporary & transitional housing, crisis nursery services, school-based counseling, street outreach, and much more to the Rochester community.
