Youth and Family Counselor

The Youth and Family Counselor provides individual and family counseling to runaway and homeless youth and their families, developing and implementing Individualized Service Plans based on comprehensive assessments. The role focuses on short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and strengthening family relationships to ensure youth return home safely or obtain stable housing. This full-time position also involves case management, community outreach, and supporting families to prevent future conflict.
