Case Manager

This position is responsible for providing and coordinating services to consumers in accordance with the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act and regional center policies. The role involves conducting assessments, facilitating person-centered planning, and advocating for consumers and their families to ensure access to necessary services. Additionally, the position requires monitoring residential and day programs, managing crisis interventions, and maintaining compliance with licensing regulations.
