Case Manager

The role involves providing onsite supportive and case management services for residents at Valley Vista Permanent Supportive Housing, focusing on housing stability, behavioral health care coordination, and community integration. The position is based in San Diego, California, and operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
