Case Manager

The Case Manager provides behavioral interventions, parenting workshops, and case management services to children ages 2.5-5 and their families within an Early Intervention Day Treatment Program. This role involves working with a multi-disciplinary team to support treatment goals, facilitate developmental processes, and collaborate with outside services. The position requires conducting needs assessments, maintaining documentation, and representing the organization at community events.
