This full-time role involves providing intensive case management, facilitating parenting skills curricula, and offering crisis intervention and support services. The position requires monitoring resident well-being and coordinating with on-site staff to ensure comprehensive care and resource referrals.
We provide temporary & transitional housing, crisis nursery services, school-based counseling, street outreach, and much more to the Rochester community.
