Case Manager

The Case Manager role supports young parents up to age 23 through JRI's Young Parent Support Program, helping them develop self-sufficiency skills while navigating the developmental needs of their children. This outreach position operates primarily under a home-visiting model, serving families in Waltham and surrounding towns with a caseload of no more than 15 families. The role involves weekly home visits, active participation in parenting and financial literacy groups, and collaboration with community agencies to address individual family needs.
