Casework and Support Worker

This position provides casework and support to residents of Connective’s programs to enhance their quality of life and ensure the safe operation of the facility. The role involves maintaining counselling and rehabilitative plan goals while fostering a trauma-informed, culturally humble, and inclusive environment. Staff will assist residents with daily living skills, program planning, and community integration to promote greater independence.
