Caseworker

This position provides casework and support to residents of Connective’s programs to enhance their quality of life and ensure the safe operation of the facility. The role involves guiding services through trauma-informed and harm reduction principles while fostering an inclusive environment that values both Indigenous and Western knowledge systems. The position requires active participation in assessment, goal setting, and program planning to assist residents in achieving greater independence.
