Casualty Claims Examiner

The Casualty Claims Examiner is responsible for oversight of complex, high-exposure casualty claims and reports to the National Casualty Claims Manager. The role ensures claim handling complies with best practices and state/local regulations, and investigates coverage and liability issues for bodily injury claims. The examiner analyzes departmental performance, reports findings, and recommends improvements to claims practices and regulatory compliance.
