Catastrophe Readiness and Response Lead

This role owns the end-to-end catastrophe readiness and response strategy for Stand's homeowners insurance policyholders, ensuring proactive support before losses and efficient claim handling afterward. The position involves building and maintaining the catastrophe plan, managing third-party administrators, and leading the Emergency Response Program to assist customers during active events. The role requires collaboration with Product, Engineering, Underwriting, and field vendors to automate processes and maintain high service standards.
