Full-Cycle Recruiter

This role involves bringing full-cycle recruiting in-house across nearly every function at Stand, focusing on filling complex, specialized, and leadership roles efficiently and on quality. The position requires building a self-sourced pipeline, establishing hiring standards, and automating repetitive parts of the hiring process to reduce time-to-hire. The recruiter will partner with leaders across Product Engineering, Underwriting, and business functions to build a scalable recruiting engine.
