About this role
A Behavior Technician at Life Skills Autism Academy provides 1:1 and group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a BCBA/BC. The role supports development of language, communication, social, and school-readiness skills and involves implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting and summarizing data, and assisting with caregiver training. Candidates must hold or be willing to obtain RBT certification and meet basic requirements such as a high school diploma and passing a background check.
