Center Director – PACE

The PACE Center Director leads the daily operations of a PACE Center and associated Alternative Care Settings, ensuring operational performance, regulatory compliance, and high-quality participant-centered care. This senior leadership role oversees multidisciplinary teams, drives performance improvement initiatives, and manages all aspects of clinic, social services, and home care operations. The position reports directly to the PACE Program Executive Director and is responsible for strategic execution and sustainable growth.
