Center Manager

The Center Manager serves as the educational lead for one or more centers in the Head Start program, ensuring full implementation of the Family Guidance Center Early learning system and policies to support children's school readiness goals. This role involves supervising center staff, providing assistance to teaching staff, and working with teachers to implement program curriculum and child assessment systems with fidelity. The position requires collaboration with families and community partners while maintaining compliance with licensing and safety certifications.
