Center of Excellence Coordinator

The Center of Excellence Coordinator supports the patient development process by managing medical records and coordinating impairment rating workflows for patients affected by work-related health conditions. The role serves as a communication hub among patients, authorized representatives, physicians, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate documentation and advocacy for patient benefits. Based in Austin, Texas, this position operates in a hybrid work model and contributes to a mission-driven organization focused on in-home care for former Department of Energy workers. The coordinator also participates in Center of Excellence meetings and supports locations across multiple states to ensure consistent program execution.
