Central Intake Coordinator

The Central Intake Coordinator supports Ohio Living’s home health and hospice services by serving as the primary contact for potential patients and referral sources. The role ensures accurate patient records and verifies insurance coverage and network eligibility to enable appropriate access to care while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The coordinator partners with clinical, billing, and business development teams to support patient intake and retention.
