About this role
Provides basic resident care under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse in a long-term care setting. Uses a resident-centered approach to assist with activities of daily living and maintain residents' comfort and dignity. Works scheduled night shifts to support nursing staff and participate in care planning and routine clinical tasks.

Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry) Upon Hire
- Dependent Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter (Iowa DHS/IDPH) Within 180 Days
- EFRC (Emergency First Responder Choking) Required Within 90 Days and Renewed Every 2 Years
