About this role
The Occupational Therapist provides person-centered rehabilitative OT services primarily in patients' residences as part of Otterbein's Occupational Therapy Services. The role focuses on developing, restoring, or maintaining daily living and work skills, coordinating care and durable medical equipment, and supporting interdisciplinary teams. This is a part-time position reporting to the Therapy Manager/Director of Nursing and contributes to quality improvement across Otterbein communities and home health.

Qualifications
- Graduate of Accredited OT Program
- Eligible for National Registration Exam
- Current Ohio Occupational Therapist License
- Minimum 2 Years Experience
- 2 Years Home Care Experience (for COTA supervision)
- 1 Year Supervisory Experience (for COTA supervision)
- CPR Card
- Health Certificate
- TB Test
