About this role
The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) is a member of an interdisciplinary team providing restorative and rehabilitative occupational therapy services to maximize participant independence and safety. Working under the direction of an occupational therapist, the COTA supports care planning, documents condition updates, and delivers interventions both at the center and in participants' homes. The role focuses on serving frail and elderly participants with complex needs and coordinating with the rehabilitation team to implement individualized treatment plans.
