About this role
Position supports Elliot Health System’s Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs treating co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. It is a peer-based role that contributes to patient recovery and coordination with multidisciplinary teams and primary care providers. The position is based in a clinical outpatient setting and works directly with patients to support their ongoing recovery.
