Peer Recovery Specialist

About this role
A Peer Recovery Specialist uses lived experience and formal training to provide peer-based recovery support, improve patients' overall health and quality of life, and advocate for patients within the care team. The role partners closely with clinicians and care teams to connect patients to community resources, manage care transitions, and support recovery goals. This is a full-time remote position focused on serving patients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
