Certified Peer Support Specialist / CPSS

Certified Peer Support Specialist providing community-based, person-centered support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and those facing mental health and substance use challenges. The role promotes self-determination, models recovery and coping skills, and serves as an advocate and peer role model to support community integration and improved functioning. Works collaboratively with treatment teams to integrate individuals’ perspectives into care plans.
