CES Outreach Coordinator

The CES Outreach Coordinator at Inland SoCal 211+ manages San Bernardino County’s Coordinated Entry System, connecting individuals experiencing homelessness to housing and services through live calls, prescreening, and in-person assistance. This role provides trauma-informed customer service, conducts case management, and coordinates with housing teams to help clients access permanent housing and community resources. The position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in case management software, and a commitment to equity and community resiliency.
