About this role

Whisper Aero is seeking a diligent, creative, and hardworking Aerodynamics Engineer to assist with the design and analysis of advanced electric propulsion systems and their integration with novel advanced airframes. This role focuses on CFD analysis of components, propulsors, and aeropropulsive trades, involving both steady and transient analysis to support acoustics, aeroelasticity, and system stability. The engineer will drive key aero, aero-structural, and aeroacoustic design decisions while collaborating with the Flight Sciences team, Chief Engineer, and Technical Project Leads.

Responsibilities

Perform CFD analysis of components and aeropropulsive trades for airframe integration
Drive aero, aero-structural, and aeroacoustic design decisions and optimization trades
Develop and validate flow process methods and models for propulsor integration
