The position involves managing sourcing for flight-critical propulsion commodities and building an AS9100 compliant supply chain to scale production from initial development to serial manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end procurement and supplier industrialization for electric propulsor product lines
Develop commodity sourcing strategies and negotiate comprehensive supplier agreements
Manage production planning, material control, and tactical execution across the supply chain
