About this role
The Manager I Care Management (CFSP) in Haywood County leads field-based care management for the Children and Families Specialty Plan, supporting Medicaid-enrolled infants, children, youth, young adults, and families served by the child welfare system. The role ensures members have access to consistent, integrated physical, behavioral, pharmacy, and I/DD services across the CFSP model. This is a field-based position with virtual work when not in the field and requires travel throughout Haywood County.
