About this role
The Care Coordinator/Family Resource Partner at RHA Health Services supports families referred to the Child First early childhood program. The role partners with mental health and developmental clinicians to promote healthy development for infants and young children and to reduce toxic stress in the home. This position is based in Henderson, Haywood, and Madison Counties and is part of an evidence-based, two-generation home visiting model.
