The CFSP Managed Care Coordinator is a field-based role in Transylvania County supporting North Carolina’s Children and Families Specialty Plan (CFSP). The role partners with state Medicaid and child welfare systems to help ensure Medicaid-enrolled children, youth, and families receive coordinated health services. Associates primarily work in the community engaging members, caregivers, and providers to support integrated care for the CFSP population.
