Principal Business Operations Advisor

About this role
The Principal Business Operations Advisor will support Healthy Blue Care Together (HBCT) in operationalizing the Children and Families Specialty Plan (CFSP), a statewide Medicaid plan for children and families. The role focuses on overseeing monitoring and evaluation of plan execution, data management and reporting strategies aligned with Continuous Quality Improvement, and ensuring integrated, equitable access to services across North Carolina. The advisor collaborates with Plan leadership and the Outcomes Monitoring and Evaluation Team to support population- and member-level outcomes monitoring.
