Responsibilities

Develop standardized engineering processes, operational metrics, and governance frameworks
Identify organizational bottlenecks and workflow inefficiencies impacting program delivery
Support implementation and optimization of PLM systems and digital engineering tools
Partner with engineering leadership to improve communication flow and organizational scalability

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems, Materials, or related Engineering disciplineLicensed or eligible for licensing as a Professional Engineer in Canada
