The Captivating Change Management Advisor (CMA) at AutoFi works directly with automotive dealership leadership to embed AutoFi’s digital retail platform into their daily sales and finance operations. The role is highly customer-facing, sitting on the sales desk alongside dealership managers while live deals are worked to demonstrate how to sell cars using AutoFi. This position focuses on driving adoption and usage of AutoFi’s tools at the dealership level while serving as a key liaison between the dealer and AutoFi’s internal teams. It requires extensive regional travel and strong familiarity with automotive dealership sales and F&I processes.
